The Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, in an official notification, emphasized the in-person conduct of end-of-semester examinations for the first semester of the 2026-2025 academic year, in accordance with the schedules announced by universities and higher education institutions.
Based on the notification dated December 30, 2025, all universities and higher education institutions are obliged to conduct the end-of-semester examinations in person and according to approved programs.
At the same time, in the event of special circumstances and the necessity of making a new decision regarding the method of conducting examinations, the provincial working group for higher education can, in coordination with the Ministry of Science, make the appropriate decision and notify universities and higher education institutions for implementation.
