Description of Some Responsibilities of the Elite Talents Affairs Group:

  • Identifying students meeting the criteria for elite talents based on relevant regulations, circulars, and approvals;
  • Admitting talented students from the university and other universities to higher academic levels (Master's and Doctoral);
  • Introducing talented students to other universities for admission without examination to higher academic levels (Master's and Doctoral);
  • Incentive mechanisms to support talented students through collaboration with other university vice-chancellors;
  • Supporting innovative, inventive, and creative students;
  • Interacting with the National Elites Foundation of the province to enable talented students to benefit from relevant facilities;
  • Interacting with the faculties to introduce, prepare, and support students applying to participate in regional, national, and other scientific Olympiads;
  • Preparing a database of elite talent students;
  • Providing scientific and welfare support to talented students with the aim of benefiting from scientific opportunities;
  • Providing educational counseling and curriculum planning services to talented students;
