Postponement of the Doctoral Entrance Examination

The National Organization for Educational Testing (NOET) announced: This is to inform esteemed applicants for the 1405 Ph.D. examination that, due to the overlap of the examination date with the final examination period of the first semester of the 1405-1404 academic year for universities and higher education institutions across the country, and in order to assist this group of students and applicants preparing to participate in the doctoral entrance examination, the 1405 Ph.D. examination will not be held on February 29, 2026.

In recent days, with the cooperation of the National Network for Examination Implementation and Protection and the round-the-clock efforts of the staff of the National Organization for Educational Testing, the necessary arrangements were made for holding the aforementioned examination. However, considering the special circumstances and in order to accommodate the applicants, it was decided that the 1405 Ph.D. examination will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026.
The announcement of the conditions and regulations for holding the examination, the method and time for printing the examination participation card will be published on Tuesday, February 4, 2026, through the organization's information portal.
