Commencement of Persian Language Courses for New International Students at Lorestan University

The Persian Language Training Course for International (Non-Iranian) Students newly arrived at Lorestan University commenced on Saturday, October 3rd, 2025.
According to the Public Relations Department of Lorestan University, this course is held at the Persian Language Education Center (Azfa) of the university, with the aim of strengthening the language, communication, and cultural skills of international students.
At the opening ceremony of this course, Dr. Manouchehr Nasri, Director of the International Scientific Cooperation Group of Lorestan University, while welcoming the students, emphasized the importance of the Persian language in creating empathy, communication, and mutual cultural understanding.
Also, Dr. Seyed Esmaeil Ghasemi Mousavi, Director of the Azfa Center of Lorestan University, in his speech, explained the educational goals and content of the course and said: "Familiarity with the linguistic structures and cultural concepts of Iran is a fundamental step in the path of education and life for international students in the country."
In the continuation of this meeting, discussions were presented on educational, consular, and cultural regulations of Lorestan University for newly arrived international students so that they become familiar with the rules and regulations of the university.
The holding of this course is part of Lorestan University's programs in line with the expansion of scientific and cultural diplomacy and providing a dynamic environment for foreign students who have been selected from different countries to study in Iran.
