Required Documents for Registration of Accepted Students in the Doctoral Degree (PhD) for the Academic Year 93-94 at Lorestan University
1- The original and one copy of the Bachelor's and Master's degree documents approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology or the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education or the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, in which the GPA of the Bachelor's and Master's degrees is stated.
Note 1- Those accepted who, for any reason, are unable to provide the original Master's degree (Master's), must complete the original certificate approved by the university or higher education institution where the degree was obtained, with the content of the form below this notice, and after confirmation by the institution of higher education, submit it to the admitting institution at the time of registration.
Note 2- Those accepted who, at the time of registration to participate in the exam (registration period from 5/9/1392 to 11/9/1392) were in their final year of the Master's degree and must graduate by 31/6/93, in other words, were students at the time of registration to participate in this exam, must have their total GPA of the units passed based on (0) to (20) by 31/6/1392 (or at the latest by 30/11/1392) by the higher education institution of graduation in the Master's degree in the special GPA form (included on page 44 of the registration guide or included on page 95 of the guide to choosing fields of study) and after confirmation by the relevant official, be submitted at the time of registration.
2- The original and two sets of copies of all pages of the national ID card and national card.
3- Six 4x3 full-face photos taken in the current year.
4- Providing a document that specifies their military service status, according to the "General Military Regulations" section on page 3 of the guide to registration and participation in the Doctoral "Ph.D" entrance exam (semi-centralized) in 1393 (for brothers).
5- Annual leave order or written and unconditional consent of the relevant organization for government employees.
6- The aforementioned letters of introduction must be obtained from the relevant place by the accepted students and delivered to the higher education institution of acceptance no later than before course selection for the second semester of the academic year 93-1394; otherwise, they will be prevented from registering for the second semester of the current academic year, and their acceptance will be considered "null and void".
1-6- Candidates who have been accepted using the veterans' quota (Joint Staff of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps - Basij Resistance Force - or the Ministry of Jihad-e-Agriculture) must provide an official letter of introduction from the relevant organization with the signature and seal of each of the heads of the mentioned organizations, which states that the candidate, with regard to Article 1 and its four notes in the executive regulations of the law on creating facilities for the entry of veterans and Basij volunteer jihadists into universities and higher education institutions and other conditions stated in the mentioned regulations, is eligible to use the veterans' quota.
2-6- Candidates who have been accepted using the martyrs' quota (Martyrs and Veterans Affairs Foundation) are not required to provide confirmation of the acceptance quota at the time of registration, and the basis for action for registration is the same title stated in the lists sent to the institutions.
3-6- Providing an official letter of introduction stating eligibility to use the special privilege of "official-permanent" or "official-probationary" instructors of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. This quota includes official permanent and official probationary instructors of universities, higher education institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, whose student admissions are done through the exam of the National Organization of Educational Testing.
C- Important Reminders
1- Failure of the accepted students to appear on the specified date(s) for registration will be considered as withdrawal from continuing their education.
2- For candidates eligible for selection, a transcript containing the necessary information, the candidate's rank, and the last accepted rank in each of the fields of study introduced for the interview and in the relevant quota will be prepared and will be accessible through the organization's website on Wednesday, 26/9/93.
3- Since changing the field of study and transferring the accepted students of the "Ph.D" doctoral programs is not possible, therefore, the requests of the candidates in this regard will not be considered.
4- The presence of the accepted person for registration is mandatory, and registration will only be done on the dates announced by each university and by providing the complete documents stated in this notice.
5- Accepted students are recommended to study the supplementary information on the website of the university or higher education institution of their acceptance before referring on the specified dates for registration.
6- The GPA of the Bachelor's and Master's degrees of the accepted student must be the same as the GPAs that they previously declared to the organization at the time of registration or participation in the exam. Obviously, otherwise, while the acceptance is considered "null and void", the registration of those candidates who have a GPA discrepancy (their GPA in the Bachelor's and Master's degree documents is less than the GPA declared to this organization) will be strictly avoided.
7- Considering that in the registration instructions sent to all universities and institutions accepting students in the entrance exam for the Doctoral "Ph.D" (semi-centralized) in 1393, it has been announced to strictly prevent the registration of accepted students who have a GPA discrepancy (the GPA stated in their degree or educational documents is less than the GPA declared in the registration information by the candidates to this organization), therefore, it is recommended that these accepted students do not refer to their place of acceptance, and if necessary, if they have any questions about this, they can do so through the organization's website in the online response section. Obviously, responses will not be given to in-person visits and any type of correspondence in any way other than the organization's website.
8- Accepted students must have obtained their Master's degree by 31/6/1393 at the latest.
9- At any stage of registration and during education, if it is determined that a candidate has concealed facts or provided false information and is not eligible, their acceptance will be considered "null and void" and they will be treated according to the regulations.
10- Candidates are informed that according to the regulations, the final accepted students of the Doctoral (semi-centralized) exam in 1393, even if they do not register in the accepted field, will not be allowed to participate and choose a field in the Doctoral "Ph.D" exam in 1394.
11- With regard to the follow-up and announcement of the Deputy of Education and Research of the professors and courses of Islamic Studies of the Representative Office of the Supreme Leader in universities and higher education institutions, the result and names of the final accepted students in the examination field of Islamic Studies teaching (code 2151) in the relevant institutions will be announced later and after reviewing the general qualifications of the introduced individuals.
12- With regard to the numerous controls and reviews that have been carried out, the accuracy of the announced results has been ensured; nevertheless, candidates, after receiving the final exam results transcript through the website (on 26/9/93), if they have questions exclusively about the fields of study introduced for the interview and other contents of the mentioned transcript, can do so no later than 10/10/1393 exclusively through the online response system on the organization's website and strictly refrain from sending postal letters and in-person visits. Obviously, all cases that are done through other means or after the mentioned date will not be considered.
